Terms of service
The short version: UsePro is a local browser-worker pack, sold once, that helps you use your own ChatGPT account from Codex.
1. What UsePro is
UsePro is a local browser-worker pack sold through Stripe for a one-time USD $18 fee. The purchase grants use of the released pack subject to a valid Stripe PaymentIntent entitlement.
UsePro is not a subscription and provides no monthly credits, hosted account, dashboard, or service-level agreement. The pack includes a Codex plugin, a local companion, and a Chrome extension that operates a dedicated minimized ChatGPT browser window.
2. Your accounts and subscriptions
You supply and maintain your own ChatGPT account and subscription. UsePro does not provide ChatGPT access, model access, or OpenAI API access.
UsePro is not affiliated with OpenAI. ChatGPT availability and browser UI behavior can change without notice.
3. Purchase and entitlement
UsePro validates the fixed product and price through Stripe. The pack may reject invalid, incomplete, canceled, refunded, or improperly used PaymentIntents and client secrets.
Checkout is hosted by Stripe. UsePro does not accept raw card data, a caller-selected amount, or a Checkout Session ID as payment proof. Keep payment details inside the Stripe checkout flow.
4. Your prompts and files
You control the prompts and files you submit. You must have the necessary rights to use them and must review them before sending them to your signed-in ChatGPT session.
Do not submit regulated or highly sensitive material unless your own risk assessment permits it. Credential-like values are redacted from the generated conversation attachment, but you remain responsible for the material you choose to send.
5. Availability and changes
UsePro automates the ChatGPT web interface through your browser. Changes to ChatGPT, Chrome, the extension environment, or your account can affect behavior. UsePro does not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular model, response, or result.
The current privacy and security rules form part of these terms. UsePro may update the released pack or these terms as the product changes.
